Sound familiar?

You're great at the work. The office side is what costs you.

Most service businesses don't lose jobs because of the work. They lose them in the gaps: the call nobody answered, the quote nobody followed up, the invoice nobody chased.

  • The phone rings while you're on a job with both hands full. The phone rings while you're under a sink. The phone rings while you're in an attic in July. The phone rings while you're elbow-deep in a panel. The phone rings while you're under a door with a broken spring. The phone rings while you're on a roof. The phone rings while you're behind a mower. The phone rings while you're in a meeting.

  • A web lead comes in at 10 AM. You see it at 7 PM.

By then they've booked whoever got back to them first.

  • Quotes go out. Then nothing.

  • Chasing invoices from the truck at 9:30 at night.

Awkward texts, forgotten follow-ups, and money that should already be in the bank.

  • An inbox you're scared to open.

Somewhere in those unread emails is a customer, a bill and a supplier, all waiting on you.

  • It all lives on a whiteboard and in your head.

Paper, sticky notes, an old system nobody updates. When you take a day off, the business stops.

Every department. One system. One login.

Not a pile of apps you buy one at a time. Every department shares one memory of your customers, follows one set of your rules, and reports to one screen.

What each department does

The tool you can see. The work it does without you.

Every department has two sides: a clear screen where you can see everything, and AI that does the work in the background. Here's what each one handles.

Front Desk

Every call answered. Every job booked.

Answers every call, text and chat, day and night, and books the job.

  • AI receptionist, 24/7Answers in English or Spanish from your price list and policies, and books into real open times. It tells callers it's an AI assistant whenever they ask.
  • Urgent calls go to youEmergencies get safety advice first, then a warm transfer to you. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.
  • Missed-call text backIf you can't pick up, a text goes out so they don't call the next company.
  • Website chatOne line of code on your site. Answers visitors in English or Spanish and says up front that it's an AI assistant.
  • A summary of every callSummary, transcript and recording, waiting in one inbox with your texts and chats.

  • Win back past customersComing soonCampaigns to past customers who said yes to hearing from you.

  • Pay from a linkEvery reminder includes a link to pay online.
  • Works with QuickBooks Online and StripeSees your invoices and who owes you. Card payments through Stripe.
  • 30-day cash snapshotWhat's coming in, what's going out, and what's overdue.
  • Flags anything unusualDuplicate bills, odd vendor charges, and overdue invoices nobody followed up on.

Done for you

An invoice hits 7 days late. Money Desk drafts a firmer note and asks you first. The customer pays from the link, and the reminders stop.

Executive Assistant

Your inbox and calendar, handled.

Sorts your inbox, drafts replies and keeps your calendar straight.

  • Sorts your inboxNeeds you, waiting on someone, bills, customers, hiring, and anything suspicious. Works with Gmail.

  • Says when it doesn't knowIt answers only from your information, shows where the answer came from, and says "I don't have that yet" instead of guessing.

You stay in control

It works for you. It never works around you.

SolveCore asks before anything big, writes down everything it does, and stays inside the limits you set. You can pause any part of it with one switch.

Approvals before anything big

You set the rules: ask before reaching out, before changes, above a dollar amount, or when a message goes to a lot of people. Texts to more than 20 people always need your OK.

Everything written down

Every call, text, email and change goes in a log you can search and export. It can't be edited, so you always know exactly what happened.

Hard limits it can't go past

Daily and monthly caps on AI use and phone minutes, plus limits on how many texts and emails one person can get in a day.

It never pretends to be a person

Callers are told calls may be recorded, and the AI says it's an AI assistant whenever anyone asks. Anyone who wants a person gets one. That matters: 86% of home services buyers say it matters that a brand's AI clearly identifies itself. (Invoca, 2026)

Your data stays yours

Your business's data is kept separate from everyone else's. It's never sold, and never used to train anything shared with other businesses. If you ever leave, you can take it with you.

Pause anything, anytime

Pause one department, switch to Night or Away mode, or stop everything with one switch. Texts it starts on its own only go out during daytime hours.

Owners, managers and team members each get their own sign-in and only see what their role allows.

How setup works

We set it all up for you.

You don't need to be good with computers, and you don't need to find a free week. We move your data, set up your phone line, teach the system your business and train your team. You keep running jobs.

  1. 1

    A 30-minute demo

We look at where your business is losing time and money, and you see SolveCore set up for a business like yours.

  2. 2

    We connect your phone line

Your number stays the same. We set up call forwarding and you choose when the AI answers: every call, after hours, or only when you don't pick up.

  3. 3

    We move your data

Your customer list, prices, services and hours come over from spreadsheets, your old system or a stack of paper. Duplicates get merged.

  4. 4

    We teach it your business

Your price list, policies and the way you like things done go into the Brain. We test it with real questions, and you hear it on the phone before any customer does.

  5. 5

    We train your team

Everyone gets their own sign-in with the right access, and a walkthrough of the few things they'll actually touch.

  6. 6

    You go live. We stay.

You can start with approvals on for everything, so nothing goes out without your OK until you're comfortable. We're a text away after that.

Websites and apps

Need a better website too? We build those.

Fast, good-looking websites and custom apps for service businesses, as an add-on to SolveCore. A few we've built:

FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Something else on your mind? Call or text (385) 360-2324 or email aj@solvecorehq.com.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. We set everything up for you. After that, you use it like texting: you read what needs you, tap Approve, or type a question in plain English, like "Who still owes us money?" It works on your phone and your computer.

What if I already use QuickBooks or Jobber?

Keep QuickBooks. SolveCore works with QuickBooks Online to see your invoices and who owes you, and with Stripe for card payments. Jobber, ServiceTitan and other job software don't connect directly yet. On your demo we'll look at what you use today and what's worth moving into SolveCore.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Yes, if they ask, and we think that's how it should be. It never pretends to be a person. On the phone it tells callers it's an AI assistant whenever they ask, and anyone who wants a real person gets transferred or has a message taken. Website chat says it's an AI assistant up front.

How long until it's running?

Your phone assistant can be live within a couple of days. Then we spend a week or two fine-tuning while we load your services and answers and connect your accounts. Most businesses are fully set up within two weeks.

What if something goes wrong?

Everything it does is written down, so you can always see what happened. You can pause any department, or stop everything with one switch. It asks you before anything big. And a real person in Utah is there to help: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain, by text or email, with a reply within one business day, the same day if it's urgent.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your data stays yours: you can export it, and we delete it within 30 days after you leave, except anything the law requires us to keep.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. We set up call forwarding from the number you already have, so customers keep calling the same number. You choose when the AI answers: every call, after hours, or only when you don't pick up.

How much does it cost?

We go over pricing on your demo, once we've seen what your business needs. Setup is done for you, and plans are month to month with no long contract.

Does it work for my kind of business?

SolveCore was built for service businesses first: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, roofing, landscaping, cleaning and contractors. It also works for offices, title companies, trucking companies and other businesses that live on the phone, the inbox and the calendar.

Is my data safe?

Your business's data is kept separate from every other business's, and connections to your accounts are stored encrypted. We never sell your information, and nothing from your business is used to train anything shared with other businesses.
